"It’s was a very busy Friday as always for me, It so happened to be my wife’s birthday as well. We were on our way to see her Dentist after work then had plans to celebrate her birthday when all of the sudden things got changed around in a second….we collided with another vehicle and things just got sour from there on… I’ve call my insurance agent spoke to very well comprehensive person and she guided me through the process of how to recover, First she asks if we were ok. Talking to her got me to calm down and I was able to move on throughout the ordeal. Information was exchange, then I call back and asks what is next? I don’t know who to contact first or what? I said.. she help me again and was able to rap things for that evening through. I know she work late that evening cause time was just running so quickly at least for me, after everything was in order I was still asks…do you needed anything else? Gratefully I said…no, Thank you! I received inadequate communication from him and I had to repeatedly follow up."
